I then focused more on the narrative of the song itself rather than the album package as a whole when constructing my music video. I feel that I still achieved showing a different side to the album which was my intentions from the start as I have previously spoken about wanting to show the target audience that the composition of the entire record is eclectic and quite diverse which is realistically what a lot of young female artists strive to do in more recent years as they want to expand their fan bases therefore growing their brands and overall success. I feel that because in the video Kally is shown to be quite a vulnerable character throughout the location scenes compared to her more confident and almost alter ego self in the studio scenes where she's actually singing into the camera, this represents two different sides to her which is something that can be seen on the alternative ancillary tasks. This sort of idea was done more dramatically by Beyonce on her I Am... Sasha Fierce campaign whereby she acknowledged and presented her alter ego Sasha Fierce to the world and admitted that it was a different side to her and someone that she used on stage (see below)
